Booking Requirements
WE ARE AN APPOINTMENT BASED SALON
TAKING NEW CLIENTS WHERE THERE'S AVAILABILITY
All clients will require a card on file to book
Full Sets: when booking full sets, please come with bare nails, if not please be sure to book a soak off
Add ons: if wanting add ons: nail art, french, chrome; please make sure to mention when booking so I can have the right mount of time scheduled for you!
Late fee
If you’re 10 mins late there will be a $10 late fee added to your service
No show fee
15-30 min late is considered a no show and 50% of your service will be charged
cancellation fee
A 48 hour notice is required for any canceling or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to give at least a 48 hour notice or no showing will result in you paying 50% of your initial appointment cost
swapping services
Swapping services with your friend that also comes to me is a NO. I do book each client with a specific time. Please have both parties reach out if you’re wanting to switch/trade appointment times
